All auctions are proxy-bid! That means you can enter in your maximum bid and the site will auto-bid to give you the lowest price. For example, if an item’s opening bid is $40 and your maximum bid is $80, the bidding will stay low until you have someone bidding against you, then it will bid automatically on your behalf up to your $80 maximum.
You can not pay for your won auction items until an invoice is sent to you. There is no way to pay through the auction site at this time. After the auctions have ended, you will receive an invoice from SQUARE that will combine all of your auctions together into one payable invoice.
You may pay that invoice online, pay in person at the pick up time by cash, check, or card. All items must be paid for before pick up on March 21st.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON MARCH 21st BETWEEN 5-7 PM AT SOLOMON’S PORCH (small building to the right of our main building).
We will have a TO-GO Spaghetti Dinner for sale on March 21st; plates are $10. You may pick up plates of spaghetti when you pick up your auction items.
Upon creating an account and bidding, you should receive confirmations from “auction@tbwpauction.com”. If you don’t see the confirmations, please check your spam and trash folders. This is an unmonitored account, so if you need assistance please contact khoskins@tbccayce.com.
